Have you ever imagined that is possible to get a gold of trees?

Well, that's possible. Amber is a fossilized plant resin that have between 25-40 million years.
Today that's extracted from mines to make jewels.
The last week I went to San Cristobal de las Casas, Chiapas in Mexico and I found an exibition about that, and I just said OMG because there're too many things really amazing.

This exibitions is made every years in this city around july-august, in this year it started on july 21 and it'll finish on august 5.

In this exibition you can find earrings, rings, neacklaces, keychains, sculptures, and every kind of jewels you can imagine.
There're artisans showing their creations and selling them. If you want to take photos is important to ask to artisains if they let you to take, because not all artisains let you that.

If you are visiting Mexico, and you're in Chiapas, around these months, you can't miss it.
